Through January 31st, 2020, we are able to offer a full refund of all registration fees paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after February 1st; however, another individual may be substituted

An important aspect of the conference is that all participants have the opportunity to participate with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (email@example.com). NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 4 weeks prior to start date of conference. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from the conference director acknowledging the request is required in order to ensure the emailed request was received.
Please note that when you register, your name and email will be added to the Lilly Institutes mailing list. This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming workshop, you may opt-out. You will be asked for a work address where we will send you a one-time note following the event. Your registration information will be archived for fiscal reasons. Attendees will be asked to voluntarily complete an evaluation of the event upon it's completion. This information is used by ITLC to improve future events and to better meet faculty development needs. We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.
